We started school on the 22nd. Emily was so excited and couldn't wait. So far she absolutely loves it and says her teacher, Mr Grandy, is hilarious. She has adjusted really well to getting up earlier (thankfully) and has yet to miss the bus - getting up early enough to get ready and finish her jobs before school. There are a 10 kids her age in the neighborhood and she only ended up with two in her class but she is super friendly and comes home everyday telling me she's made a new friend. Emily is so smart and talented and we can't wait to see what the year brings.
